When Weetabix wanted to increase their brand awareness in key markets throughout the Maritime Provinces and their North American headquarters in Coburg, Ontario, they implemented a strategic media plan with a strong out of home component to complement local radio and print.

Our customized glass display vehicle carried a 3D fabrication of the Weetabix “heart” made of 2 oversized cereal biscuits, and employed creative use of milk and fruit window clings on the glass to heighten the 3D splash effect. Weetabix logo extensions on top of the truck completed the effect while brand ambassadors distributed product samples and coupons to consumers.

The display vehicle, with its memorable 3D fabrication provided a great draw for attracting consumers and allowed brand ambassadors to engage, deliver samples, coupons and info about the healthy benefits of Weetabix.

The truck was deployed to supermarkets, recreation areas, and local events. We even secured a spot in Coburg’s Canada Day parade!

The result – This campaign resulted in a 61% increase in sales in the target area.
