ACAAI: Taking sponsorship visibility to new heights across San Francisco

The American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology tapped EMC Events to plan and execute city specific outdoor and indoor promotional sponsorship opportunities.

Our Trade Show Marketing team worked closely with the organization and the exhibiting advertiser TEVA to plan and execute a package of outdoor and indoor media that would reach event attendees at multiple points during their stay. The first was a dominating wallscape package near the Moscone Center. The visibility of the sponsorship could be seen from inside Moscone West as well as to all foot traffic outside.

In addition, indoor sponsorships included both hand sanitizer and phone charging stations for TEVA ProAir RespiClick.  Multiple stations were placed throughout the event footprint at Moscone West.

Strategy: Expanding the Sponsorship portfolio to include a balance of promotional branding solutions both inside and outside the convention center. Increasing sponsorship branding visibility throughout the event footprint.  Recommending the best city-specific promotional opportunities for maximum exposure throughout the city 24/7..

Results: The association gave the greenlight to allow city-wide promotional opportunities and saw an increased spend in new non-convention center sponsorship sales.  For the exhibitor, mixing outdoor with indoor sponsorships elevated their brand increasing its reach during and after event hours..
