Since 2010 the measurement of outdoor advertising has undergone a revolution. Gone are the days when billboard advertising had its own completely unique (and often confusing) system of measurement. With the introduction of Out of Home Ratings (OOHR) billboards can now be measured in media currency that is consistent with other channels like TV, radio and print.
